Friedrich Land Development is making progress on three new housing developments in and around Ames. The Indian Ridge development in Nevada, the Cameron Estates development in Northwest Ames and the Quarry Estates development just north of Ada Hayden Heritage Park in Ames all have lots available for purchase.
